Website builder project
As a lead of this project, I am in charged of overseeing what we can improve on the functionalities of our website builders.
At Blueroof 360, this is a subscriptions product that real estate agents pay for to help promote their business.
We worked with PM and gathered all the feedbacks from the user testings. Here is the summary of some paint points that help us to kick start this project.
Survey on current product (Site builder)
The survey tells us that what people want to see the improvements on the site builder are its the simplicity, with better functionalities, and organizations
Here is where users can select how they like to start building their sites(Images on the top right hand side ) and empty stage (button right)
After picking the prefer template. All the sites will be placed on this page. (below)
Selecting "MORE OPTION" for the website. After it takes users to a pop-up where users can update Site details, theme settings, my info, analytics, Integrations, page redirected custom codes.

These are the 3 options that I came up with.
This first one is similar to square space and zyro. The one at the button is similar to Microsoft Word doc.The one on the left was expired by some form builders that I did some research on .
The attributes below are all we have built so far. This project is predicted to be ready by end of this year but we still have a long way to go. User testing will be good to have so we can design toward success!
